By registering an account or using any service provided by hongbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entirety of the terms and conditions contained in this document.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts, including the freezing of fund balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes:

• Your full name as stated on your MyKad or valid identification document.
• An active mobile number that can be contacted.
• A valid and actively used email address.
• A strong and unique password for your account.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your login information. hongbet will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.

hongbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all available payment methods. There is no maximum limit set, however hongbet reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for large deposits.

• All deposits must be made by the registered account holder only.
• hongbet does not accept deposits from third parties.
• All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure payment system.
• Any attempt to deposit funds obtained illegally will be reported to the relevant authorities.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the payment method chosen and the internal review process.

To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals will only be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.

• hongbet reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while an account review is in progress.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• hongbet does not charge any processing fee for standard withdrawals.

All bonus offers presented by hongbet are subject to specified wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus or any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.
• Another example: Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

Other bonuses such as weekly cashback for VIP members, as well as periodic promotions announced from time to time, are also subject to their respective terms which will be stated at the time the promotion is announced.

Game results generated by a random number generator (RNG) or by a live dealer are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. For cases related to responsible gambling, we encourage users to speak with the support team first.

• Valid funds in an account closed at the user's request will be returned after the review is complete.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of bonus funds.
